Don’t. DO. NOT. I thought getting a pcie card would be a good idea, yk, giving my wifi a direct connection to my mobo. Bad idea. Not only does it have sucky connection and download speeds, it entirely drops the connection for several seconds. I was stalking it on task manager and watched it give up and flop to byte bottom.

Everyone said “just get a USB adapter” and I thought, “ew no, it’s usb and probably has poor connection.” Absolutely wrong, returned this disappointment of silicon and chose a USB adapter instead for $20 less! It’s cheaper, and offers better performance. I mean honestly leave tp-link out of all your connection needs, they’re an unreliable brand as I’ve also seen in their wifi extenders.

Incredible connection. I'm always limited by my poor wifi router speeds, as I'm very far away from it. This leaves plenty of room for improvement. Always get a pcie wifi card instead of usb if at all possible.

Absolute perfection of a wifi card, it is incredibly speedy and gives me a rocket league ping of 14 when it was previously 26

Was kind of a pain at first because I couldn't figure out the whole drivers thing, I ended up having to download it from the website by plugging in an ethernet cable temporarily. But it's a great adapter, my wifi is fast and I love it!

It is a great little adapter and is extremely reliable. My only criticism is the fact that you need an internet connection to download the driver to use the Wifi card, which is a major oversight on the manufacturer's behalf.

Works perfect. Can't get ethernet in my room so this will do.

Not as significant an upgrade over USB adapters as I would've expected. Slightly longer range and more stable connection, but several dollars more expensive than good USB adapters. Either way, it's a great adapter and serves its purpose perfectly. I'd definitely go WiFi 6 nowadays, but WiFi 5 is still fine.
