Forgot to mention this. The only other case I saw that was smaller that I wanted more was the "Dan A4-SFX" case, but I didn't want to wait until next year for it. It's still on my radar. It's TINY. Check it out for sure. Not sure if you could get an AIO Water Cooler in there though. Sounds like a CHALLENGE to me XD.
I wish I had listed my first rig ~7yrs ago. 8800GTX SC on water, custom UV lighting, 3 fan rad, giant metal Thermaltake case. It was crazy. Weighed like 40lbs XD. Ran me about $2,300 for just the tower.
Let me know if you guys think I should pull all the non-PC parts from the list and just list them in the Description. The build price looks deceivingly high due to the peripherals and bag, etc. It's really about a $2,000 build + stuff-n-things.
Everything maxed out for all games for me at 2560 x 1440 - No overclock atm:
I'll add more here as soon as I think to. Everything I have is above 60 FPS. Certain games like The Division are surprisingly expensive for things like Ambient Occlusion and nVidia's high-end shadowing techniques, but with G-Sync, you could even afford to do 4k with a bit of a dip in FPS with no tearing.
Just as everyone below said, the convenience of being able to throw in another stick at will was worth the unnoticeable performance drop for me. There are so many factors that can give/take only a few FPS that I wasn't going to sweat it, especially with a 1080ti. LawBreakers runs at 156FPS maxed out XD.
