At the time I built this computer, skylake parts where realllllyy (i mean realllyy) expensive (Canada you know). Mainly because of the poor exchange rate and the premium price that parts maker put when its shipped into my country, thats why :/ I will probably upgrade to skylake (i7 6700k) when the prices will be better!

I was planning on getting a 240g ssd (samsung evo) soon. Im just not sure about the fans you are talking about ? Actually my cpu is at 45-50deg max and its almost complety silent. I just don't think there will much improvement if I change the fan, Ill do my research thanks for the info!

In future, I plan adding a second 8gb stick, enabling dual channel and getting 16gb of ram, I didnt wanted to be "limited" with two sticks of 4gb.

Most games don't use PhysX .... I wanted my system to look bad ***, Im not that kind of person that sticks an 970 in a 40$ budget case, I wanted a lot of room for future upgrades.

EDIT: I don't know what Ditch means, but the water cooling is awesome (about 38deg on heavy load)

Yes its a very easyway, but you don't actually need to update the bios in order to use the 4690k

Good to ear, but I strongly recommand you to push the stock core (980mhz) to 1100mhz the temps wont change and you'll better performances!

Never heard of issues with this motherboard before ? Actually, it was so much easier than my past motherboard, just use the update utility they provide with the mobo it makes live so much easier, I had 0 problems!
