+1, Those are some damn nice braided cables you got there, how much did they cost you, also where did you get them?

Hats off for this build, I'm speccing a system for a friend who also wants a budget PC, might have to take some inspiration from this!

Additional approval earnt for the obligatory cat picture!

The Hitachi drive has become a quick "copy to" location, in case of a hard drive failure (despite it not being a very reliable form of backup). And yeah the hard drive bays are modular, but I've still not got around to rearranging them!

Thanks very much for getting back to me on this, I really appreciate it!

It looks like most of the 7.1 headsets use USB, unfortunately. I'm currently thinking about the Corsair (Vengeance) range of headsets as they seem to have all of the features that I'm looking for!

Good looking build +1! NZXT cases are always good looking ones.

I'm looking at buying those headphones, how did you find the software that comes with them? I'm one for keeping my system bloat-free and don't want to buy something that only works with clunky software? Thanks.

Good idea, but when I tried it the SATA cable connectors were to thick to fit with the SSDs and case, I guess I could move them to the bottom cage and then remove the top cage?
