You can get Windows 10 for free from the Windows website but it will just have a watermark, which doesn't prevent you from doing anything except changing your background.
I really didn't have any of these problems. Everything was really sturdy and feature rich (and the bios is amazing ). I think the stands and IO Shield Fitting had to do with the standoffs on the motherboard? But I didn't have any problems whatsoever but otherwise it works really well and I didn't find any problems on it except only having one fan header. Ill be upgrading to a Z270 motherboard and a better CPU during the summer.
It should handle most games on High to Ultra Settings depending if the game is very CPU intensive or not. Streaming it can more than definitely handle, but it might take a little longer to render videos.
Thanks! I'm glad all the parts I chose have a great upgrade path for the future!
Ill update the build page with Benchmarks once the Card comes in on the 11th but it should run most games on fairly high settings depending if the game is very CPU intensive or not.
Thanks! The PSU Is overkill but it'll come in handy when I upgrade it later on + I got it for Christmas so no complaints here
The PSU is $55 retail (but I got it as a Christmas Gift) and you dont really need such an overkill PSU so you can get an EVGA 430W for about $35, and Hard Drives are like $30 each but you can get a 1TB for $50, so
$413 + 35 + 50 = $498
You can easily find a 1050 ti for around $140 (I just ordered it from Best Buy which is $20 more because of the convenience of store pickup) )
so About $478 would be the price for this kind of build. Maybe $430 - 435 if you get 8gb of ram?
