Sorry for the late response, honestly I don't think so but I can take a look for you when I get home.
Dunno really I'm quite new to this and just kinda went with what I was familiar with having used a z270 ill keep that in mind for the next build I do though thanks!
Yeah I just left it until my liquid cooler arrived lol.
You sure? Figured the writing would face up
If you look at the pics in my other build I unknowingly installed the cooler backwards so it was pulling hot hair from the back of my case instead of into the back where my exhaust fans were located. Didn't notice til someone kindly let me know I had it backwards.
I'm not seeing much of a difference looking at them now. I would say save yourself some money :)
Haha this turned from a $800 budget build, $1000 max into this as soon as I saw my tax returns. I only included budget because if I went all out I would have gotten a 1080 gpu and doubled my ram. And I saw the price on that ssd and I couldn't resist.
I haven't ran any temperature test on this machine yet but with the cooler installed backwards :/ I'm hitting about 50°c while playing overwatch. But I'll have a liquid cooling setup in about 2 weeks so I'll update this with the numbers when I've got it hooked up
Thanks I appreciate it!
Case is solid green. I already used the aura sync to make the mobo lights green as well
Thanks, yeah so far the 1060 has been more than enough for what I have been doing.
Ah damn you're totally right thanks for the heads up :)
uh I thought I put it in so it blows to the rear of the case did I do that in reverse?
