well it handles pretty good but if i was building a system for myself i would go with a 1060 or 1070 probably she doesnt like shooting games so the system is more then enough for rpg`s or adventure games but i tested with overwatch and it performed perfectly

well i built this system for my wife diddnt really have chance to spend alot of time using it. depends what kind of games you are going to play ? it performs fine 1440p but depends on games. you pretty much gonna have to make a choice over rx 480 or 1060. i tested the card with overwatch and it performed pretty good even tho she is using a crappy korean monitor lol one think i am not very happy is overclocking headroom either i diddnt hit the gpu lottery or these cards are not overclocking well

Just a choice I really like the way xfx card looks and I know exactly 480 can handle anything on 1080p since it was 8gb I took it. This cards fans can be replaced also . they have led fans as well

i think the only down side of this case is cable management a bit challenging. Nice first build its fine to make some mistakes since its the first build. I think you can get a 250 gb ssd for the games you are playing currently . and a hdd for the craps you are going to have music, videos etc. and you are pretty much good to go enjoy your new pc !

i build this system for my wife and she plays mostly adventure games. so rx 480 is sweet spot for her actually i tested on overwatch and it runs great. but you are right i actually use a gtx 1080 on my own rig and i love it. i wanted to stay in a budget and have her something decent.

no its not especially if you are not going to overclock your cpu. you can have aircooler and overclock your cpu watercoolers just keep your temps lower any temp under 80 is completely fine but watercoolers keep them between 30 - 60 degrees range
