Good news, I took in my parts for testing to a computer tech and it turns out it was the psu that had the problem. Good thing I had not bought the mobo yet.

So once again I remounted cooler evenly, I reattched cpu fan, switched out both 24 and 12 pin cable with new ones on hand. Same old happens, the psu fan moves, the cpu fan moves and the cpu led blinks. If I press the power button again nothing happens only when i press the reset button. The same old happens. I suspect the mobo, I dont plan to rma the board but buy a different brand board as I have heard too many horror stories with gigabyte mobo rmas:/ I live in canada so it would have to ship all the way down to usa and back. Chances of it coming back good ehh.

Edit: I am suspecting mobo or psu first before i do anything with cpu;)

So I yanked everything out of the case. Read up on a issue that surprisingly many people have in common which is a gigabyte mobo and a heavy noctua cooler. Apparently the weight is somehow squishing the cpu pins or moving them? That was not the case here. As I removed the cpu after cleaning off the thermal paste i checked for bent pins and not a single pin was bent. Remounted cpu, left noctua cooler on top of cpu not screwed down. Tried boot always fails on cpu. Im suspecting cpu. There are four leds at the bottom of the mobo that cycle through in order cpu, dram, vga and boot. In this case it always stops at the cpu led and nothing. So I might replace cpu.

Edit: first I will delid the cpu

It fits nicely, I was expecting the glass to touch the top of cooler or the cooler top to flex into the glass. But the case was designed just enough to fit this cooler with a air gap.

To make it even cleaner that cpu water block should be eks acetal black color or their rgb version so you could shine some white light through like the rest of your build. But this is still VERY clean! +1 ;)

Thanks! There is about 2-3mm of clearance maybe 4 but 5 pushing it ;). Definitely can tell by looking at it that it doesnt touch the glass but its close.

I’ll be reposting my build labeling it V2.0 soon. Parts are still shipping maybe a month for parts to come in and have the build ready. A month, month and a half, well see. Plan to delid, add custom cables, and watercool all at once. I’ll take pictures as I go. Wish I had a better camera but $$$. Got the gpu though! V3.0 will be final form or full setup desk, monitor, speakers, (still dreaming though lol).

I was debating between the inwin 303C and the 305. The 303C has a usb type c port while the 305 doesnt but the 305 has a TG front panel. The case looks 100x better in person so shiny and reflective lol.

Its mainly on ubisofts end, your computer is fine if you can play other games. A quick google search came up with these ongoing issues since 2015. Mainly with ubisoft fixing there servers and fixing there patches of patches they have been outputting. See how it goes in a couple of days maybe?
