Not sure, I don't have any 4k ones. Depends on what you mean by run as well. At he desktop, I think the 1080Ti could run 3 of them. For gaming though, it would probably struggle with one.
I use to have a Phanteks Enthoo Primo on this same desk but it was too big for my liking.
Space reasons and I just prefer the look of it.
Yeah, unless something on it breaks I don't plan to ditch this case for anything.
I love it. I managed to snag it a few months before CaseLabs closed down.
Main issue now is that it's impossible to get parts for if I break something.
Yes, because that isn't part of the "User Experience" at all...
Now make custom part entries sortable and filter properly. cracks the whip
It wasn't at the time I posted this. I checked.
For some reason the PC Part Picker page doesn't seem to recognize that NewEgg has this part...
Nor any other site.
The Forum Guidelines say "No NSFW Content"
This thing is 100% Computer ****.
It's a USB headset so the Bluray or DVD player must support either USB audio devices or you'd have to have some sort of conversion done.
Yeah, fully custom built.
Ivy Bridge didn't release until April 2012.
My date was a typo, I bought the CPU/Mobo/Case etc in Nov 2010, not 2011. I'll fix that.
If you have Windows 7 there is almost no reason to upgrade to Windows 8.
However, if you do decide to get Windows 8 you can basically turn it into Windows 7 via stuff like Start8 and Modern Mix.
I never see the Metro/Modern UI at all.
When the work they work great. I've had to have them replaced once already (refused to charge anymore) and for some reason the wireless signal just drops every now and then.
Depends on the game really.
It's struggling to keep 60 FPS (at 1200p) on some of the newer games like Battlefield 4, Metro Last Light, Planetside 2 and others.
It's close though, usually 40 + FPS. This is everything maxed, if I lower settings I can keep myself above 60.
I seem to have gotten unlucky and managed to find a i7-950 that won't overclock. At all. I've had to keep it at stock since I've got it. It's not a temp issue, the NH-D14 is a beast of an air cooler but seems like I just got a CPU that won't take the overclock.
