Thank you! I have AF 140's on the front for intake and back for exhuast, I have SP 120's on the top for exhuast and on the bottom for intake. For your upgrade I would reccomend using SP fans for intake and AF fans for exhuast.

Well if you word it like that then anything can be a "budget" build. Just depends on the OP's budget, whether it is $500 or $5000. Budget is a very vague word.

I hope you realize he didnt add his gpu, or his peripherals on his part list. Build probably cost him more around $1600, the 1070 founders edition alone cost around $450.
