So I've decided, I'll just go with the stock cooler and if it gets too loud I'll look for an alternative.
But a 2 year warranty doesnt mean it lasts 2 years? And the reason why I'm thinking about CM is because originally I wasnt planning on getting an aftermarket cooler for the Ryzen 7 2700x and most other brands cost twice as much.
Looked into it and the ML Pro seems to have a 5 year warranty.
I l88ked at that but couldnt see to find it, thanks!
I'm getting the MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon hence why I'm asking.
Fans I'm not sure yet.
LED Strip will be from Phanteks.
I'll try to find the F4-3200C14D-16GTZRX on Newegg then as I'm guessing its my best choice. Thanks for all the help!
Is it hard to update your bios? The thing is I have a feeling that it will work but I'm still scared of getting it and then it doesnt work. I'm trying to look at builds and some people go with the Crosshair 7 Hero and the 3400 mhz version. But like I dont really get why it wouldnt work with the ram module and the motherboard, I have no problem with changing the motherboard aslong as it isnt too expensive.
also I found this website https://www.gskill.com/en/configurator
Went to choose the motherboard and all that, the best ram that the website showed was the G.Skill Trident Z 3200 mhz. Will that work with the 2700x too?
and like you said if you choose the M7 on the website the Sniper X module comes up, so you might be right about that. I'm fine with going with the Trident Z, adds some more rgb to it too.
and above all that all the builds I found contained ram modules over 2933 mhz so it doesnt seem to be a problem for them.
Yes thats the right one
Sorry for the late reply btw
May I just ask you one simple question then, is the G.Skill Sniper X 8x2GB 3466 mhz compatible?
So without overclocking the max is 2933 mhz?
Right now I have one 144hz 1080p monitor and then another 1440p monitor which I think is 60 hz
Looks good but I might switch out the case.
No nothing else, I got Windows 10, keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor etc. Sorry for not mentioning that.
Sorry for The late reply, it's pretty much straight conversion. 1500$ is a bit more than 13 000kr which then converts to about 1300€, I can go 1400€ though.
Amazon.de ships to Sweden. The American Amazon also ships but then I have to pay custom fee for ordering it from outside of Europe. Any website inside of Europe would do aslong as they have Stuff and The shipping cost isn't too high.
I was thinking of Ryzen but I wasn't sure how The new ones were doing and such. Also has the GPU prices lowered or are they still really high?
Tyvm this far
Here you go, wasn't sure If you had a SSD so I threw one in. If you already have a SSD you can remove it and maybe upgrade your GPU to a 1070. A 850w PSU is overkill for this but at The same time gives you alot of space to upgrade and overclock.
Okay, thank you. I really appreciate it. Now I know that I can make a full RGB build
It's a Nice build but 1600€ isnt The same as 1600$
The COOLER MASTER DEVASTATOR II is a keyboard + mouse combo for only 30$
When I go to newegg The adress is www.newegg.com/global/se, does that mean it ships from Sweden? I dont have to play Any taxes If I ship everything from inside of Europe. Not sure what The taxes are though If you're going to ship Stuff from The US. Buy ingen from local sellers is like 100$ more expensive than newegg for some products like The cpu and GPU.
1080p Will be fine
The build itself is under your budget so I threw in an OS and a keyboard and mouse.
It'll be perfect for streaming and multitsking.
Wait for The GPU prices to drop a bit and this build Will shred Any game you throw at it. If you want more black and red you can throw in a rgb strip and. Some custom sleeved cables.
Tbh a 1TB SSD isnt worth it for that budget, I'd recommend a 500GB one instead and like a 1TB HDD.
of course, its your build and your Money.
It's out of stock right now.
Also he has 70$ to do something with so he can Change The MoBo and PSU If he wants too.
This is more than enough for you, just wait for The GPU prices to drop a small bit and then its good for your budget.
If you need an OS you have money to put one in as this build is under your budget.
How old is your 3TB hard drive?
Is your 16 GBs of ram DDR3 or DDR4?
I was thinking of either the MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon or the MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon? Are they any good and if so which one should I pick?
And another alternative is the ASUS Prime X370-Pro, is it any good?
Getting used parts is a great idea, getting a used 1050 Ti would be good. Just Watch out so you don't get scammed!
Might not be the best monitor but it's really good for the price. I also had to change the CPU to a cheaper one, will still work fine with all the games. I checked some benchmarks on the cpu and it's better than my current one. I run PUBG at low-medium settings with ReShade on to make it look better.
(benchmarks for pubg if you're interested with the cpu and gpu that's in that list: http://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame/FPS-Estimates-PlayerUnknowns-Battlegrounds-PUBG/3944/188434.3142220.127.116.11 )
This will run most games at a good fps, PUBG you will need to turn down the settings to quite low as it is a badly optimized game but here it is: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rvsmP3
Okay, I will choose a B350 board then, any recommendations? Thanks for all your help! :D
The Ryzen 7 1700x will still outperform an i5-4460 in probably all situations + I'll be running it with a 1070. A 1700x and a 1070 will 100€ have better framerates and capabilites than a 1050 Ti and an i5-4460.
Should I go for a B350 MoBo or X370?
If I'm getting high speed ram I'm going with like Corsair Vengeance LXP 2x8 3200Mhz or Like G.Skill Ripjaws or some equivalent to that. I want 16GBs of memory cause right now I have 8 and it feels way to little so doubling it should make a huge difference.
About the GPU, before the prices went up I found the 1070 I want for 456$. Right now it's 911$ so I'm still waiting for prices to go down.
Okay, on Newegg (which is where I'll be ordering all the parts from) the 1700 is about 40$ more expensive than the i5-8600k. Though I saw that the 1700x is only 4$ more than the 1700. Is it Worth spending 4$ on the 1700x over the 1700? Also the 1700 only has a 3 Ghz Operating Frequency, does that mean it's slower than a 3.6Ghz cpu. I'm not the best at PCs but I know some so just asking. I looked it up and the total summary of all the parts were cheaper with the 1700x, it summed up to 1490$ when you remove the cryptocurrency price of the GPU if that makes any sense.

Oh okay, program wise I'll mainly be using OBS and Sony Vegas if I record/stream. I would most likely go 720p/1080p with 30 or 60 fps when I stream and that's about it.
I'm planning on going like 1080p at 120hz or 144hz.
I'll be streaming mostly Rainbow Six Siege and as far as my setup goes I have 2 monitors, a gaming mouse and a gaming keyboard and that's about it.
Thank you for your answer, will it go good with the 1070?
My budget is around 1600-1700$, I will pair it with a 1070. It will be for gaming and maybe some streaming and recording but mostly gaming.
Huge thanks to you mate!
Okay, Before the GPU Crisis I found a MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X for 375€.
The PSU I could change to a 650W, any recommendations on a good one?
Okay, the cooler I can go with buuut, the reason the GPU was expensive is because BitCoin stuff is rising again so GPU prices are reaaally high right now. The GPU was like 450$ from Newegg before. Also I'm going with a 750W PSU to be able to maybe go SLI in the future or just so I can upgrade different things in the future.
280mm (2 x 140mm)
Okay, thx for the answer.
The reason I'm going 750W is because of future upgrade abilities, like going SLI and other stuff.
I will be shipping Everything from Sweden, and right now it's cheaper to order Everything in sweden than from places like USA, + I have to pay extra to buy things from the US.
Okay, that actually helps quite alot to know. Might actually go for the 1600x instead then! Thx for your answer. I'm thinking of going for the H115i or the EVGA CLC 280.
Okay :), thx for your help
Okay, I just have one last question.
Is the i7-7700k better than the 1600/1600x for the price? And if I would choose to not overclock which one would be the better one then?
And btw I was actually going for the MSI Gaming X :3
