Thanks. Samsung drives were going to go into the cages. Cooler Master said the cages would fit in the case they didn't. I wound up putting them in my dad's server and they work great! He loves them! I Think they would work great in a small NAS build.

I'm not sure it would. If I remember correctly the hight of the noctua heatsink is 37mm. The limit is 47mm and the wraith cooler is 57mm. If you look up more on the case u might find some info.

Seems like a pointless exercise, especially since your "console killer" won't play anything without an OS.

You can play games without paying for an os. I have been running my main desktop with W10 for over 4 months with no os license and it is fine, I play all sorts of Xbox games.

I'm not starting an argument im just getting some facts straight.

You definitely went for looks over performance, huh.

Yea I went for looks. But before you go bashing my performance, maybe its the right amount of performance for me. That amount is different for you

You could've been getting a 1080ti if you had gotten it used and had just been smarter.

I was thinking about it but decided on this instead. It was a smart choice for my budget for a new card.

Sure it looks pretty, but do you look at your monitor or your case more?

Kinda both actually.

Bad choice of parts for price to performance.

Thanks for saying that again.

You don't need an AIO

Well, thanks for your opinion. Overclocking is in the plan but I just haven't done it yet. I want to get to know my system first.

That's damn good for a cooler,

Thanks!

I suggest you just get a 1TB hard drive as you already have a 1TB M.2 SSD.

I have 2 M.2 slots so I'm putting in another M.2. Is there any reason why I shouldn't? Also A HARD DRIVE? Why? SSDs are way better in performance. Just to spend a little bit more you get so much.

Thanks for the +1!!

Considering that I have 2 freesync monitors I probably will NOT go for GTX of any kind. This build took me a long time to save up for and was paid using only my money that I worked for.

I don't know why people think VRAM = Performance. If your GPU runs out of VRAM, then it causes problems, but it's not that big a deal.

I know it's not increasing the performance of my card. I'm thinking about it purely for the VRAM. I like this card and the 590 is overrated so why would I go for that?

Thanks for commenting!

I have a 580 4Gb rn but that's just an upgrade. lots of AAA titles require 4gb of VRAM. so its logical to me to get an 8gb one. What would you recommend instead?
