Yupp, full size.
If you read through the comments I give all the info:)
its Karlby tabletop from Ikea, with two Alex drawers:)
I want to start off by saying that I would be more than happy with an eleven-hundred dollar build (consisting of a 1070 and an i5) but I was able to work hard enough through school and work to be able to get a good enough job to afford something like this. Trust me, I couldn't afford any of this a few years ago, so to you I can say that if you truly put in the effort and work hard, in time good things will come.
As far as the games go, everything is so buttery smooth, and I love that about this particular rig. I am in a bit of a pickle however, as I obviously bought the 1080 FTW right before the 1080ti was beginning to be rumored, not to mention that the EVGA 1080 FTW2 just launched as well. So to answer that dilemma, I will have to wait and see the exact performance gains of the ti, and compare to see if it is worth it to upgrade. I am hoping to do SLI one day as well. Thanks for the kind comments!
It comes with a wifi reciever
It is the Brown
I know right?!?
I really enjoyed what you did with this build. Perfectly budgeted and considered and well done! +1
I personally found it pretty easy, as the top bracket slides out to which I just attached the fans from there, and wired them accordingly.
Another point I kinda forgot to mention was that I wanted to future-proof the build to an extent. So I plan on adding another 1080 soon, along with other goodies. Thanks for the comment tho!
Thank you for the compliment!
Yeah, you can do up to a 360 both top and front. However, if you use a 360 up front, you will have to remove the hard drive cage that is below the PSU shroud. This move also eliminates the usage of all of the drive brackets that are an option near the front of the case as well. Just something to think about.
I saw and up-voted your build when it came out and was so excited because of the similarity, it gave me something to look forward too when I was receiving all of my parts. Loved the build man!
As of now yes, I am comparing a few different configs and going from there.
It is actually an Ikea Karlby countertop, that is placed on top of two Alex drawer sets, which are from Ikea as well.
Hey thank you!
