I know, I'm on a tight budget. I live near a microcenter, so I'll head there and get one for $300 if/when they come un stock. Or get a 1070. I'm only 14, so I can't make a ton of money.

What temps are you getting, how many case fans do you have, and what 1070 do you have. Then I can help

Just make sure your case has lots of fans and liquid cool that cpu, maybe like a Corsair H100i V2

It depends, the Ryzen build would be better for multitasking or cpu intensive games, while the Intel build would give you a slight framerate increase...
