Thanks for the responses. I'm definitely leaning to getting this AIO now.
Nice. Do you use the corsair cue software for the AIO fans?
How's the noise with the noctuas on the radiator? I was thinking of the exact same setup. Also temps when gaming?
Do you recommend the ram? I'm looking for a high frequency, low timings kit for gaming.
Weird flex but okay.
Lmao are you obsessed with the Mugen 5?
Is the 78C max on the i9 9900k at stock or an overclock?
Wow, those are great temps. Is that at reasonable fan speeds or is it maxed out?
Is that with the 95W limit in place?
Very similar to the build I want. Where did you find that 2080 ti? Can never find it in stock.
Nice. I'm thinking of using this AIO for the i9. Is it quiet as well? Have you tried the 0db mode where the fans shut off on idle? Do you recommend this AIO?
Lmao, were you able to get all four sticks of ram to 4400mhz?
Yeah get a 2080ti if money isn't an issue. Also you might want to look into low profile ram kits such as corsair lpx or your second noctua fan on your heatsink will be offset a bit.
i9 9900k, Asus Strix 2080 ti, don't need HDD bays, ATX motherboard.
Around $200 CAD
Ah, thanks for a reply. Not too much into RGB. Prefer a balance of noise and airflow for my fans.
I really want that GPU but I can never find them in stock. Is it as quiet and cool that it's been hyped up to be? How much did you pay for it?
Temps on the i9?
There's supposedly a shipment of i9s coming in today on this website; if you live in Canada.
Is that slightly above stock. 4.7Ghz is the all core right?
How's the temps on the NH-D15 at full load? Do you have it under the Intel 95W limit or do you run it at the motherboard specs?
How does the gpu and AIO fit in there? What was the clearance?
Yeah, let me know when you got it. I want to see those pics :)
Are the noctua fans quieter than the stock corsair fans?
Definitely get an RTX card if you want to play FFXV at 4k. DLSS will soon be implemented and will give a big boost in performance.
How's the motherboard?
I would choose Asus but I'm biased
Are you sure? I've seen temps past 100°C in reviews on that cooler.
Are these fans better in a push or pull configuration on radiators?
Temps on that i9?
Awesome. Also I see you everywhere on these forums. Thanks for helping the community out!
So a nh-d15 will be good for this processor?
That gpu must be starving for air
Yikes. Anyone know temps for the 9700k? And is the 8700k or the 9700k better at multitasking with 4 less threads.
or dead loud with all those fans
Spending money where it matters.
Are you still getting the i9 9900k? I was thinking about slapping a NH-D15 on this chip but after checking the temps reviewers were getting I'm not too sure its a good idea. What do you think?
Are all the fans loud?
really peppers my corn
Yikes. I wish those things would be in stock already.
Heheh, nice build. Should've went with lower-profiled ram because of that noctua cooler.
The GTX 1080 is good for 1080p. I have one myself and can recommend at this resolution.
I suggest the 860. You won't notice a huge improvement in games and most programs with the 960.
straight up gang ****
Thank-you. I'm probably being annoying at this point but is there any reason your 140mm fan has no anti vibration mounts and is raised to the top?
Also where did you buy the asus strix 2080ti? I can't seem to find any in stock.
