There was a lot of NEGATIVE press about these XFX variants in the 5700xt line. However.. This is the 2025mhz 3 fan version, I haven't seen any of the issues the 2 fan has. XFX pulled their ish together and delivered on this one.

I'm genuinely surprised. If the look of the THICC III is your cup of tea, you know why I bought this. It does not disappoint in person. The THICC III is good looking and unlike almost any other graphics card on the market. I knew I was taking a gamble buying it before in depth reviews were available. Especially so with the cooling issues the previously version had. But, at least with my particular unit, it's shockingly quiet, respectably cool, and it performs. Boy does it perform.

The only complaint I can think of would be the blue power status LEDs. They are not controllable. If the system is on, they are on. And they are always blue. So be aware of that and ready to deal with it. A set of non-conductive tweezers and a couple little patches of black electrical tape are always a possible solution. This isn't any sort of issue for me so I can't put it back at four stars just for that. How good it looks and frames it pushes on 1440 on ultra settings are just too impressive at this price point.

What can I say but "That's a THICCC BOI." Only downside is that in naming this card, XFX didn't give it 3 C's in the name. In my old Meshify C, this card touched the intake fans at the front of the case, but in the PC-011, it has more room to breathe. Mounting this card was a necessity for me, to help who off that triple fan and chrome shroud.

This card just chews through any game I throw at it with ease while staying really cool. I can play games at max. settings with 120 FPS while the card is at 60°C. I've never seen it go above 80°C (but I have only had it for a few days now).

I definitely reccomend this card to anyone looking for a RX 5700-XT. I do not know how well it compares to the Red Devil from PowerColor, but I believe this one is getting close to dethroning it, while remaining at a reasonable price

Super huge, so you really need a big case for it. It works great though!

I love this thing! Temps are amazing and fans are silent. They don’t even spin when you’re just browsing or not in a game.

This just barely fit in my Fractal Design Meshify C with Noctua case fans. And I mean just BARELY - I had to get creative to get it into the case, and there's about one or two centimeters between the end of the card and the case fans. Not the worst thing in the world, since now one of my two 140mm intakes is blowing directly at and below the card. As far as actual performance goes, I've been blown away in comparison to my old soldier of an RX 480. I can crank pretty much everything up to max and forget about it while maxing the refresh rate on my screen.
