Lives up to its name, totally inaudible.

At first was leaning towards CM Hyper Evo 212X, but this piece of German equipment is much of a better quality and dead silent.

This thing surpasses the hype - its performance rivals top end cpu air coolers yet it's among the quietest out there. I added a Noctua NF-S12A PWM fan to it for good measure. I never have to worry about cpu temps again, even with a case that has somewhat restricted airflow.

Great CPU cooler. Very big, despite the name "slim".

Intrigued by its amazing fan quality and big diameter (135mm) yet budget price, this one definitely lives up to its brand name. Even spinning in full speed does not make the fan noise much more noticeable. It’s so quiet that I even thought this could be an overkill. Probably the 10 dollars cheaper Pure Rock would already be good enough! Mounting is a bit complicated though.
