It's a PSU. Runs well, get it on sale. Only non modular bits are the 24-pin and 8 pin which you will use for every build anyhow.

besides the soft coil whine it's all good for a budget powersupply

Cranks watts and stays quiet. No complaints there. My only complaint with the product overall is that the flat peripheral cables aren't particularly attractive.

Does what it needs to do. The sleeved cables were a little bulky and difficult to maneuver but that's to be expected.

Great semi-modular power supply. Always seems to have an easy to redeem $20 rebate, so for $45 or so dollars you can't beat it. Have used these in many builds and have no had one fail yet.

from completed build My First PC Build
Originally went with the CX450M when I had the RX460, but once I found my RX580 8GB I needed something more powerful, and for $50 tax in, shipped after a $20USD rebate from NCIX, I couldn't go wrong. It's semi modular, the cables look great and it was inexpensive.
