This board was only intended for the Optical out. Everything else on it was a bonus. The reason why I chose is only I support Asus and their products. So far im happy with this mobo....OH and I must say the BIOS is great for OC VERY user friendly!!!!

Awesome MOBO that has all the features I want. I still need to tinker around with some BIOS settings, and the colors could have been better suited to my build. I got this as a gift though, so I can't complain, right?

Really great board all around, can't go wrong with Asus quality. Have everything you need for a normal build, and more. The only complain I have is for the I/O shield which is plain silver and feels a bit weak and cheap.

Decent motherboard. Nothing special about it, nor is there anything special about the price.

If i'm brutally honest my main reason for picking this was because it's pleasing on the eye, has all of the features I was looking for and has a very simple and easy to use BIOS! Fan speeds, initial boot etc. all very easy to set up!

Probably the hardest part when it came to picking out my components. All in all I really enjoy this Mobo and all of its features. BIOS is very user friendly and makes overclocking very easy.

Has pretty much everything I need on it. Didn't want to go with a cheap-o mobo, and wanted a full size one as well. No issues so far.

I highly prefer the appearance and layout of this board over the eVGA. Research suggests that this board will have similar OC ability to their higher end units, so I'm looking forward to messing with it. Onboard audio is great for my entry level studio headphones.

It worked right off the bat. I appreciate having a power button so I could test bench my system. The BIOS is easy to use.
