Most say that you shouldn't skimp out on power supplies. While I wouldn't call this skimping out, it is a more budget friendly option for someone that wants high wattage and full modularity.

Word of warning, the logo on the top vent is actually raised a bit and might not slide into a case's PSU hole in the back. I had to carefully push the logo in for it to fit. Not a deal breaker, just something to know beforehand.

Makes for a very neat cable installation, and runs quitely too. More than enough power for what I require at this point in time.

My Corsair RM650x died because we had a really bad storm and the power dumped like four times... yeah after that I think I'll invest into a UPS haha. I replaced it with this unit because it was the cheapest trusted option for the same specification of 80+ Gold and fully modular. That said, you get what you pay for. The cables are not as nice as the Corsair unit because they aren't sleeved, rather they are glued together in a line... it's hard to explain. I haven't had any coil whine at all and it seems to perform very well. Stays quiet.

Works fine, but makes a little buzzing sound you can hear when you're close and it drives me insane
