I've heard some things about AMD drivers being terribly buggy. And also that NVidia has the best software/drivers. Could someone explain to me what the problem is? I've been planning on getting the R9 290X, so I really don't wanna worry about drivers breaking games or ruining anything. :(

I have a 290 (reference fan no less), and I haven't had any problems with the drivers.

they have gotten better, so this was probably much of a problem some time ago..

Then I don't think I have anything to worry about. :)
