Uhhh, so are you keeping your: power supply, motherboard, RAM, and such? You would need to at least list your motherboard brand+model and such. If it is a real old motherboard, you are better off just upgrading everything OR you could band-aid an old system with a 128GB SSD and just wait until it dies then pull your SSD out from its carcass and move on. What will you be using this computer for?

Do you want a CD/DVD drive or can you do without one?

What form factor do you want, mini-ITX or ATX (normal size) case?

Why do you want a GPU? If you aren't doing anything special, the integrated graphics on the intel processor will be enough.
