Gaming PC on a ~$1000 Budget

I currently have a 2009 All-In-One Lenovo PC, and it is pretty bad. I am looking to upgrade by getting a new Custom built PC that will last me a few years. I will upgrade when it is needed. I am a big gamer and looking for something to suit my needs of playing Modern games on max, or near max graphical settings. Games I am looking to play are games such as DayZ, Arma 3, BF4, Dota 2, Minecraft, Rust, etc. I may also look into starting youtube/steaming. Unfortunately, because this is an All In One, I need a monitor. I also need a keyboard because my current one is beginning to wear out. I prefer the keys to be flat because I have gotten used to how my finger slide across the keys. If you can suggest a Mechanical keyboard I can get used to easily, that is fine too. My budget is around $1000, it may be able to go up a few $100's. but $1300 is highest i will go. Less is better. **I would much rather have and AMD FX Series then an Intel CPU

Budget:~$1000

Location:United States, New York

Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Gaming, maybe light recording

Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): Monitor, Headset, Keyboard(Preferably with flat keys)

Operating System required: Windows 7, or 8 depending on your opinion of it.

This is a nice build, but unfortunately with the peripherals I need to buy also, it will cost too much.

As I've said, I would not like to get an intel because AMD will be better over these coming years due to multi threading.
