Hello this is my build https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/kzHTdX I hope it’s good enough for little more than 60 FPS on 1080p on high or ultra anyways my budget is 1200 so tell me it’s good or should I change something to get the max performance I can get with this budget

You can play around a bit and get some decent gains.

1) For $10 more the 2600X isnt a bad deal, except when you are trying to squeeze every bit of performance out of the pc. In this case I'd put that $10 elsewhere

2) There really isn't much reason to go full ATX with B450 motherboards. The VRM and features are pretty much the same as the micro ATX options. In this case its a ~$40 jump from a decent mATX board, so I'd put that money elsewhere. We're up to $50 extra now.

3) Storage isnt much of a priority here as prices arent great. But if you wanted to prioritize a better OS drive than the monitor you selected, heres that option

4) That $50 extra I mentioned basically gets a jump to a 1660 Ti.

5) Other cost savings could be on a cheaper case plus fans so you can fit in a better PSU and save a little on the monitor.

Not bad, but you could get a larger amount of storage, and up the GPU
