Should I go with the Vega 56 or RTX 2060

Just a quick question. I plan on gaming at 144hz on AAA titles with medium-high settings. I'll be playing Fortnite mainly, but also play some other games whenever I get the chance. I also plan on editing/photoshop for Youtube. Anyway, since I have a budget of $900, would it be better to get the Vega 56, or get the 1660 Ti, but play on lower settings. For some games, I dont mind the low settings.

Vega 56 is a tad better but it also runs a lot hotter and eats a ton of power. Honestly i'd probably go with the 2060
