What/who determines which filter category applies to an item?

For example, consider this case: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9jNv6h/nanoxia-nxds5wb-atx-full-tower-case-nxds5wb

It is listed as having a side window, but it definitely does not.

So, more generally, what determines whether an item possesses a particular attribute? For example, does a PCPP staff member go through each item one-by-one and assign these attributes based on research? Or is there a script of some sort that pulls the information from the manufacturer's spec sheet?

More importantly, if the process is scripted, what happens if a manufacturer mistakenly omits certain information from its spec sheet and so it doesn't get tagged on PCPP? One of the biggest problems with online store filters (Newegg is TERRIBLE about this) is false exclusions. As a result of false exclusions, a user can select ALL filter choices (e.g., all HDD RPMs) and see fewer results than if the user selected NO filter choices, even if all products logically MUST have some attribute in that category (e.g., all hard disk drives MUST have an RPM value.)

All parts are manually touched before addition to the site. This listing has been updated.

Cool, thanks. Your site does a far better job than most large online retailers of accurately categorizing products with minimal false exclusions. I must commend you!
