I would recommend avoiding that HDD. They are the new death stars. Look at the reviews they are often used with tons of hours on them, out of warranty from Hitachi due to their age, loud, and have reliability issues due to being them used. Its why it costs below $50. This goes for all cheap Hitachi HDD's that are on Amazon.

Yeah I had a fun time finding a NEW hdd, half of them don't even list if its new or not. Some violation going on there IMO.

Like vagabond139 said, that is not a good HDD (which is why it is so cheap). It'd be worth changing it to this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008M112AG/

We really need more information as to what you want to do with the computer and what your budget is.

PC for gaming - if only gaming, and your budget, 9700K is the obvious choice, paired with 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM. If you do any multitasking, the 2700X can be a decent alternative, but at 1080p and 60fps, you don't need even an RTX 2060. For that, an AMD Ryzen 2600X or 2700 paired with a GeForce 1660ti would be sufficient and would save you hundreds of dollars.
