Ryzen 7 1700 OCing with Wraith cooler

Bought an r7 1700, what OC performance should i expect using stock cooler (should i be lucky and not lose the silicon lottery)

honestly just gonna push maybe 4.0GHz out of it for a little boost on single core. dont wanna push too far on stock cooler. OCing on B450M, either Steel Legend B450M from asrock or MSI B450M Bazooka

you should be able to get to what pcpp says is the turbo frequency. then once you get to that I would go up by 25 or 50 ghz until it stops running stable. you can test stability with cinebench. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enPA58Wxh8k this is the video I used to overclock my ryzen 3 2200g. should work about the same for you
