Help modding my1080ti SC2

I want to add the morpheus 2 to my 1080ti : https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA66Z28H1378&ignorebbr=1&source=region&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-RAIJINTEK+CO.%2C+Ltd.-_-VGA+Cooling-_-9SIA66Z28H1378&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI6qiv_oOq4QIV9B-tBh3-dgiPEAYYASABEgLvGPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

And I also want to add 2 of these fans to it since it may look pretty neat having the RGB glow through the fins of cooler: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103190&Description=120mm%20pwm&cm_re=120mm_pwm-_-35-103-190-_-Product

Couple questions before moving forward:

1) I believe I need to have 2 mini fan header adapters so that the fans will work with gpu, something like this work? : https://www.amazon.com/Coolerguys-Mini-3-4-Adapter-Pack/dp/B079RMBP2W/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=mini+fan+adapter&qid=1553955229&s=gateway&sr=8-4

2) Will the gpu be able to support the little extra juice from the LED lights? I'm guessing it would since I beleive the fans won't even work as hard as original cooler, but I like to make sure.

Anything else I'm missing? Thanks!

Is there a difference between the two? They look the same to me.

same , different store take in consideration that i think that is what your looking for

oh and you should stick with regular fans, no led ones, not sure its a good idea to dim the fan and led from your gpu fan header( just a feeling )

Yeah i figured the LED's would require little more juice, which is why my goal was to have one fan for each plug in on gpu instead of having a splitter to plug into one. Thanks for the help!
