I would suggest the following changes:

Swap out the cooler. It has a reputation for leaking. Get a Scythe Mugen 5 or a Thermalright Macho instead.

There are cheaper 500gb SSDs out there. For example

I wouldn't use a CXM with an RTX card. A CXM uses Double-Forward converters which can cause transient spikes on high end GPUs. I would suggest a be quiet! Straight Power 11 550w.

Solid build! No need for a fan splitter as the motherboard has 6 headers.
