Hi, I have a spare 120 mm radiator lying around and i'm wondering if my temps would change if I do a gpu mod. I have a sapphire r9 390.

That entirely depends on how well the air cooler is currently doing at keeping the card cold. In most cases, a custom loop is always going to outperform an air cooler, it just comes down to by how much and if it’s worth the price.
