4 pin connectors for fans

I'm building a PC that will have dark rock pro 4 air cooling along with another fan that's 4 pin. Built a pc before but nothing this sophisticated.

So when I use 4 pin fans, will there be a default curve to the fans plugged in, or will I have to modify this?

It may have been set to auto at default, so the speed of the fan raises if the load a the CPU raises, and vice versa.

But you can adjust the speed curve of the fan manually on the most boards out there, through the BIOS settings.

yeah i'll have to take a look at it. BIOS settings is somewhat intimidating atm so was hoping things run automatically for now as I tinker with it here and there and become more familiar.

You should check the curve in the bios for sure, but it'll have a default.
