Made some changes:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
For 60-75 fps in games, the R5-2600 and i5-8600K will perform much the same, and the 2600 is significantly cheaper.
Twice as much RAM, and faster
Much bigger SSD
Cheaper and better PSU
75Hz monitor (It has freesync so would be better with and AMD GPU, but there were no white ones in the same price range as that 1060.)
Would there be any big difference if a keep the GPU I have? Sorry I’m new to PC building
You can get a RX-580 for a bit cheaper than that 1060, and will perform about the same. I mentioned it because the monitor supports freesync which only works with AMD gpu's.
(Freesync eliminates screen tearing by synchronizing the refresh of the monitor to match the framerate of the gpu.)
