Master Liquid Lite vs normal vs Pro

I looked into the Master Liquid 240mm from Cooler Master and found out that there is the ML 240 Lite, ML 240 and ML 240 Pro.

What's the difference between them?

AFAIK the difference is the materials they use. To lower the price they use inferior materials for cheaper lite version. The Pro version has a better pump thus the higher life expectancy 175,000 hours vs 70,000 hours (on pump). All 3 use the same fans. Still something you should take into consideration is that CM has a poor warranty (2 years) compare to the competition (corsair 5 years , NZXT 6 years).....

The normal version comes with a low profile pump....

But a 2 year warranty doesnt mean it lasts 2 years? And the reason why I'm thinking about CM is because originally I wasnt planning on getting an aftermarket cooler for the Ryzen 7 2700x and most other brands cost twice as much.

Looked into it and the ML Pro seems to have a 5 year warranty.

Obviously not...... But with a liquid cooler, you never know. Coolermaster AIO are not the best option IMO. Not saying it wont last as much or more than the competition.

That is true.. I stand corrected. All other models have warranty listed on specs and pro version doesn't. I just assume that. :)

The only one with a five year warranty is the Pro version and unless you are outside the US, its more expensive than the competition. Amazon has it for around 140 including shipping which is absurd. The other ones are cheaper but a 2 year warranty considering its a CM I would give it some thought.

You will need an AM4 kit for the pro version

So I've decided, I'll just go with the stock cooler and if it gets too loud I'll look for an alternative.

Hi. So the lite has cheap looking tubes. Don't get it. Looks bad the regular cooler master master liquid 240 has nice braided tubes. I didn't look at the pro but it cost a lot more. I have the reg on my 8600k and it keeps my temps in the 60s and low 70 when ocd to 5Ghz. And under game load. Idles in the 28-32 range. Have fun
