Need some help on my first build

Hello everyone, First off thanks for the help in advance. I have a budget of around $2300, I'm a little flexible on that number. I'm located in the US. I'm in need of a pc build, monitor, the case I'm kinda set on the NZXT H700i in red and black, open to some suggestions but I really like what I have heard for cable management. I need it to be more a gaming pc than a workstation, some picture editing will be the only professional thing that is done. I am looking to buy in the next 3 months or so. I would love to be able to run 1440p and I know graphics cards have been really pricey right now and I'm willing to wait a bit for them to drop the MSRP. I do not plan on doing any streaming.

I already have storage, mouse, and keyboard picked out.

I thank anyone in advance for helping me with this.

Here's a more neutral palette that allows for greater color flexibility. :) Side note, I agree that you should definitely wait a bit before purchasing a GPU. There's really no telling how long it'll be before prices get back to normal.

You should check out the Cooler Master Masterkeys keyboards. ;) In my personal experience, I found it to be superior to any other keyboard I've used, including the rapidfire.

Wait for The GPU prices to drop a bit and this build Will shred Any game you throw at it. If you want more black and red you can throw in a rgb strip and. Some custom sleeved cables.
