Keep a close eye on the 1050 Ti, video cards have been going in and out of stock at an insane rate lately. A 450W PSU is plenty for this build, and a SSD would be a big improvement if you can fit one in your budget:

I suggest you spend a little more to get an ssd. You're guaranteed to have boot times at least chopped in half.
