Building a NON gaming machine

Ripleey

I am building a computer for a friend in New Zealand. She is not a gamer. I have several questions: 1. Does this build need a graphics card for web surfing, watching videos online, office work and facebook? 2. Does it need a sound card?
3. Is there something I am missing here?
--I will buy the case, monitor and power cord in NZ.
I am open to ANY and ALL opinions on what I could do better. I need a build that is low maint. and will last for a long time without needing any upgrading.

The iGPU in the 8100 is plenty for basic tasks, found a cheaper and larger SSD, it's M.2 to minimize cables. CPU cooler is optional , it will just make it a bit quieter:

The PSU will have to be bought in NZ, as a US one likely won't work, but the case could easily be bought in the US and would be much cheaper.

Cheaper, discreet graphics, has a viable upgrade path.
