It's a Lenovo Ideapad.I have to keep it brief, so here are its specs

CPU: Intel Core I3-6100U

iGPU: Intel HD Graphics 520

Memory: 2133 DDR4 16gb (2x8gb)

Storage: 1TB 7200RPM WD Blue

If I can run it at the lowest settings including performance mods at 20-30 FPS average I'll be happy.

Cheers!

The intergrated graphics suck...

I don't look at system requirements because they're always wrong. At least, In my experience.

While you typically can run it on less then the "minimum requirement", usually it is a good ballpark for an enjoyable experience.

I was playing the game on my old Alienware:
– CPU: Intel Core i7-3720QM 2.60GHz (3.60GHz)
– GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 675m 2GB
– RAM: 12GB

Was playing at 1080p with settings Medium-Low, and it was a pretty crappy experience. Wildly inconsistent framerates.

Probably not. I've played it on a 5200U and GTX 940M at low settings for a 40ish fps average. The HD 520 iGPU probably just won't be able to handle it.

I just looked up videos of it. It can run it at the lowest settings at 20-40 FPS. Probably can run it higher if I tweak the files and install performance mods.

yes you can! f*** min requirements when you can edit the game to make it look worse for a better frame rate!

You can return a game as long as you have played it for less than two hours, and have owned it for less than two weeks.
