Hi everybody. Just wanted to get a opinion on my build. Please let me know if there are any room for improvements. My goal is for gaming . I would like to OC the video card if possible and add a second monitor in the future.

Thanks

Everything looks pretty great, actually. Just two changes I would suggest:

Ditch the two Sickleflows and get one of these and mount it onto the front. And get a b150 motherboard or something. You have a locked processor, so a Z170 board won't help you.

I don't know how well the GTX 1060 will handle dual monitor gaming on AAA games. It should be fine for a while, but if you are still paying AAA games in probably 1-2 years, you might start to encounter FPS issues unless you turn the settings way down. I'm no expert, this is just from what I have heard. For one monitor though, the 1060 is the perfect budget 60FPS 1080p graphics card.
