Deffy

NOTE: I'll only be playing csgo, LoL, and Overwatch all on low settings. Will be streaming and light, basic video editing. Will also add SSD + 8gb ram later on in a couple of weeks. Suggestions???

EDIT: I'm also not interested in over clocking

Never cheap out on the PSU. It will come back to bite you in the ***. There's two things I would do here:

I would get a cheap 120gb SSD to put your OS in, because it's an absolute pain to transfer the OS from the HDD to the SSD. I would also go ahead and get a better PSU. If you're willing to spend a bit, the 550watt G2 is fantastic and one of the best PSUs out there At the very least get a 50$ Corsair PSU.

Does this look better???

The PSU is better. And the SSD will help you. Put your OS in it and maybe some applications. Other than that, seems solid.

Why drop from an i7 to an i5?

I'm not really interested in over clocking. Could the base 6600k or 6500 work? CSGO is a pretty cpu intensive game and it's probably the one I'd be playing the most.

CSGO isn't really that demanding.. My Boys both play it on an i5 and it does just fine. One is a 4690K and the other is a 6600K.. Neither is Overclocked. Both systems have a GTX 960 as well..

What is your MAX Budget ?

What I meant is i don't want to drop frames while streaming. I know an i3 can run this just fine. I just want to be able to have multiple things open and stream and play without dropping frames. $800 is about my MAX budget, but the lower the better.
