Need opinions on my gaming build

Hello there, I was wondering if this build will run Arma 3 and csgo well. For Arma I want at least a consistent 50 fps on wasteland servers (as long as they're well optimized). Any computer that can run Arma can run csgo, so I'd appreciate feedback on how well the mouse and keyboard perform, as they're most important in that game. Also, If you see any instances where I'm spending too much on anything do tell! http://pcpartpicker.com/list/yLntQV Edit:(no, I have not bought any parts yet)

Downgraded to Windows Home, Pro isn't needed unless you're in a business setting. Don't do what Lost said, get a legit copy of Windows. Changed the processor to a 6500 and dropped the cooler because you didn't have a board that supported overclocking and the 6500's performance is very similar, and it comes with a cooler that will work. Lowered the RAM to 8GB. Upgraded the motherboard. Added a 1TB Drive and 275GB SSD. Upgraded the PSU.

Ditch windows 10 and use that money to get a Scythe FUMA. It's a very good cooler, and allows for a lot of overclocking room. You can get windows 10 for 20-30$ nowadays, so don't use this site's price calculator. I would also advise getting at least a 1TB HDD from Seagate just so you have more storage. If you want fast game loadup times and PC boot-up times, I would also suggest an SSD from Samsung.
