Atlas - My very first PC build: Thoughts, opinions, and/or criticisms?

I've already named this PC, and it is Atlas! I've done a lot of research, but I still want the opinions of those that have a lot of experience with building PC's and PC part in general.

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/TcJx2R

The part list is here, but I am just going list the parts for the sake of convenience for everyone reading.

Case: Cooler Master MasterCase Maker 5 ATX Mid Tower Case

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (Going to overclock it to 4.2 or 4.4 GHz)

CPU Cooler: Scythe Fuma

GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Turbo

Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX LGA1151

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LED 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000

SSD: Samsung 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified

Case Fans: x3 Corsair Air Series AF140 Red 66.4 CFM 140mm Fan (Two intake, one exhaust.)

1,300$ is my absolute maximum limit, and this build is costing me just a tad over 1,200$. I appreciate any and all advice, thoughts and/or criticism's that you may have. Thanks!

The PSU isn't good, too much for that case, that CPU cooler is of bad value. You don't need all of those fans and they aren't good fans. What is this for? Do you want to overclock?

The case will stay, I realize it's 160$, but I am more than willing to pay for it. And as far as PSU's go, I've read nothing but good things about it. Can you elaborate? As for the case fans, I just wanted LED ones that could keep my PC cool while I overclock the CPU. Also, I wasn't aware the the EVO 212x Dual fan wasn't a good value CPU Cooler. Should I opt for standard one instead?

While the case isn't bad but it is just competing with cases out of its league like the Phanteks Evlov Glass which iirc is only a bit more but if you love it its not going to kill you to keep it but that money could definetly go else where. You didn't read anything good from professorial reviews, user reviews mean nothing when it comes to PSU's. It has mediocre performance all around, it is group regulated so it can't give you 650 watts on the 12V rail, and is competing with units far out of its league. Once you go past two or 3 fans you aren't going to see any difference in temps outside of really hot running hardware.

It has a insanely better CPU cooler, it has a better motherboard, it has cheaper but just as good storage. It has a much better PSU. It has a better GPU, and I saved money.

I like the Vengeance LED because... well... it's an LED! xP It looks pretty, and it's fast. Granted, the difference between 2133 or 2300 and 3000 isn't much, but I still want it. And thanks for the suggestion on the HDD! And yes, that case is worth it to me :p Thanks for your suggestions!
