You don't need an after market cooler since your CPU is locked. Stock cooler is fine. I recommend a 120 GB SSD at least or a 240-250 GB for the sweetspot. Unless Dark Souls 3 is optimized for NVIDIA, get a 380 instead.

The 380 is overall slightly better, but if DS3 is more optimized for NVIDIA (some games tend to lean one way over another) Then get a 960
