Amazon return policy

I'm worried about getting a defective i5-6500 and NOT being able to have it replaced. It's on Amazon, sold by Intel themselves it seems. so should I be okay, or should I spend another $5 or $10 USD at Newegg?

Ships from and sold by Amazon.com. (Found this in the 2nd link)

You won't get a bad one. Cpus never come dead. Probably one in tens of thousands is bad. It's the least likely component to come bad
