That specific psu hasn't changed but jonnyguru has said in the forums that the scoring system changes from time to time. So a 9 a couple years ago is not the same as a 9 today (if i find his comments i will post em).

Not saying that the silverstone is a bad psu just wanted to say that tech advances and today there are psu's for the same price that are newer ;)

We don’t need anyone’s comments, it’s common sense.

It’s why reviews have several pages before the scoring/conclusion.
