It really depends if you're going to do any cooling upgrades on the card. If not, then go for the MSI Armor as they come with good cooling and better OC performance. The founders edition is like a baseline version from nvidia, usually most stable but not best for OC as the cooling is not as good as aftermarket.

Also check if the output ports are within your requirements, as some cards may offer different ports.

can you set requirements in PcPartPicker? Like max price or the graphics card has to have either two HDMI or Dual Link DVI, or both?
