I forgot to take more than one picture, and it's no longer in my hands.

I built this machine for an acquaintance.

Everything went well except for some stuff with the case. I couldn't get the adapter out of the 5.25" bay. The standoff holes were a teeny bit off for the board. It made it kind of hard to put in, but eventually got it in. A couple of the standoff holes didn't have threads all the way through. I probably wouldn't buy this case again. I like the outside, but I hated working in it.

Everything worked on the first try of turning it on so all is well.

BitFenix Shinobi Window ATX Mid Tower Case

The outside finish is nice. The soft touch plastic feels nice, and the outside is aesthetically pleasing. When I tried to work in this case I couldn't remove the bay adapter, the standoffs didn't line up quite right, couple of the standoff holes weren't threaded all the way, none of the cable management holes have gromets, and you can't use the top 4 hard drive bays if you're video card is longer.

I would not recommend anyone to buy this case. It was too much of a hassle.

Sorry to hear about the BitFenix issues. Most people seem to applaud their workmanship. As far as there being no cable routing grommets I have never seen a picture with this case having them. Did your acquaintance pick out the parts or did you? What type of feedback have you gotten about this build? You got some good prices on the parts.

Ohh its okay. It all worked out in the end. Just was more difficult. I picked out the parts. I bought the case without specifically looking for grommeted holes. I was just surprised, and was more of a I wish they had them instead of complaining about them not having them. They seem pretty common nowadays and was just surprised. He seems to be more than happy. He told me he plans to mostly play League of Legends on it.

You would think BitFenix would include them and at a minimum they protect the cables. Happiness is the goal so congrats.
