Why, surely at that price point a better CPU would be needed

It's ok with these negative comments. I do recommend that you upgrade your CPU ASAP, but either way, you have my +1. Maybe save up for like a 3900x but make sure to flash the BIOS on your motherboard before you buy/install it. I like the RGB and cooling.

Just saying guys the 2600x Doesn't bottleneck a 2080TI, and if for some reason it did at all it can be overclocked with the water cooling easy to push it up to par, lay off the guy. Water cooling looks cool just let him enjoy his new PC. GREAT BUILD! +1

Like many said, the CPU is not strong enough to get the maximum out of the GPU, weaken the GPU or get a stronger CPU like an i7 or an i9. Also, water cooling isn't necessary unless you are planning on overclocking, a good air cooler is enough. Otherwise, good build.

hello, thanks for sharing your build, it looks really cool with the RGB :) I would really appreciate it if you tell me how quiet your case is at idle. I ordered the same case, and I am considering the Noctua IndustrialPPC-2000, but I am worried that I'll hear them at idle (or light load like browsing). Do you hear the PPC-3000 at all when your PC is idling?

A Ryzen 5 2600X paired with an RTX 2080 Ti? Honestly, build whatever you want but that is not a good pairing at all. Either knock the Graphics Card down a few levels to a 1080 Ti and pair it with a Ryzen 9 3900X or an Intel i9-9900/9900T/ i7 9700T/9700 which can pair fairly well with those of the similar class you are using. Other than all the balancing problems, this is a fairly decent build and it's your choice what you build and what you build could fit all your needs, but I just couldn't build myself something as unbalanced as this.

imagine recommending non overclockable intel processors

Sorry for the late reply as I never use this website but I mean, you might not have meant it in an aggressive approach but you don't need to overclock stuff. It's not required. You could get really good performance without overclocking. I don't get why you see overclocking as a 'must-do' thing. I can recommend what I want thank you very much.

Please keep feedback polite and constructive.

Please don't delete criticism that saves other peoples money cause they don't repeat the mistakes that were made in this build. This is a build with multiple mistakes and thus either the builder has not researched and/or didn't care, so my reference to not having all senses together was perfectly fine, even in the way i said it.

"Were you high when you build this PC?"

This is an insult.
