Description

I have found this build to be very stable, fast and no issues. It is used for both work and games. Able to play all games at 144hz on ultra with no issues in 2650x1440 Monitor is Freesync 2 but G-Sync compatible

Great build! Just a bit confused, the monitor is 1440p and you write 2560x1440 res, but you also say it's 4k. Did you mean 1440p?

He's either confused or maybe he means he's rendering the game in 4k but only displaying in 1440p. Unlikely, but possible.

How is the wireless PCIe adapter working? Any issues getting it set up?

No issues at all on windows 10. Havent had to touch anything. It is installed as a broadcom 802.11a.c adapter. I run at 1.3gbps all day everyday due to my router having the bandwidth. Im using a Asus RT-AC88U router.

Hey, I was just wondering what are the temps of that 2070 under full load and do you recommend it?

Thanks

Hey,

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes i can recommend the 2070. I can run pretty much any game at 2560x1440 at ultra with no issues and high fps. I also use the EVGA Precision overclocking app and i lock the fan in to control the temp to keep it at 70 degrees Celcius. Does this with no issues even under full load.

the 70* series range has always been the best bang for buck for a long time with nvidia. I upgraded from a 970 prior and had no issues with that either.
