I got this PC to game and Record my gaming sessions. used to have better cooling, but my old pc broke down because of a waterleak from the costum loop on my cpu, it leaked on my ram and powersupply that caused a powerspike. breaking half my system.

i managed to save the CPU and GPU from my old rig. (CPU has been replaced with a new one, look at part list) and here i am. with a new one :D

still not done tho. still need a MSI GeForce RTX 2080 TI Gaming X Trio to get this build fully done.

and yeah i know Cable Management is a bit off XD but thats for later when i have everything.

just wanted it to work first.

Part Reviews

A very great CPU,

Able to push the system to max. And still be able to record/stream while gaming. I got it running at 3.8 Ghz all cores (12 of them). I could get it higher but i dont want to overheat my system, right now i get 61c max. at 4.0 Ghz i had 71c. which is a little high for my liking, but i know it wont damage it even if i was at that temp. but rather save than sorry.

CPU Cooler

great cooler, works like a charm, the only downside it that is get very loud when under high load. 50-60c but in idle you berely notice it. good thing i wear headphones :D

no issue so far, got it for like 1 month now. to bad it doesnt have more usb 2 ports, it only has 2, had to put aside 2 USB ports from the case to get my AIO connected.

one side is good and one side is bad.

the good: great RGB, really adds to the case. when stable it works flawlessly.

the bad: i cant get it stable as advertized. 16-18-18-36 3200mhz
the only way it will stablelize is when i put it on 16-15-15-36 2800mhz (FIXED)

but its only a small differance, the timings make up for it.

(update: with new CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x , all problems went away, running max speed now with correct timings, had Ryzen 2700x before)

great ssd, just as fast in reading as the EVO, just slower in writing. to bad it didnt come in the correct fromat. can only use 2TB because of it. i geus i will give it some space :D

Video Card

Great Card, just gets very loud under heavy load. but im wearing headphones that lock out sound from the outside, so got no issue

Note: this will get upgraded to a RTX 2080 Ti in the coming months

roomy, yet mid-tower, and had a glass window, with RGB front. what can i say more 10/10

Power Supply

used to have a PSU with already connected cables. that was a mess. now i can remove and attach cables. suddenly i got more space :D and less management. 10/10

Operating System

works like a charm, had to disable auto update tho.

Case Fan

RGB fans. really adds to the case. love it. had these over from my old build. (same system inside a thermaltake tower 900)

had 3 of these until i threw one in with my mouse during rage while gaming, so dont throw mouses guys XD screen has no protection layer. other than that, best screens i have ever had/have.

The ram you have listed are not supported by the motherboard with that cpu at that speed. Click on download and choose memory, then download the document for pinnacle ridge, search for the ram part no. You have. All I wanted to say is, it is not the hardware.

ah thnx, yeah i see it now, litterly 1 letter differance in the ram: got CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 needed CMW32GX4M2Z3200C16. can happen, not a big issue tho. it is stable for now, will had new ram to the list to get :P thnx for the heads up.

Your missing an "r" in recording in the title. Good build though +1!
